Choosing the right accommodation can make or break a vacation. AegeanNest offers a blend of comfort, style, and convenience that sets it apart from typical holiday rentals in the Attica region.
Modern Design Meets Traditional Warmth
Each of our six apartments is thoughtfully designed to reflect contemporary aesthetics while honoring Greek hospitality.
- Open‑plan layouts: Natural light floods the living spaces, creating an airy atmosphere.
- High‑quality finishes: Marble countertops, brushed steel fixtures, and plush bedding ensure a luxurious stay.
- Balcony views: Every unit features a private balcony offering sweeping vistas of the Aegean Sea.
Apartment Types to Suit Every Traveler
Our building contains three distinct apartment configurations across two identical floors, providing options for solo travelers, couples, and families.

Two Bedroom Apartment with Kitchen Only
Perfect for small families or groups who value a dedicated cooking space without the need for a separate living room.
